Murtaza Taskeen: Founder & Technical Leader
Murtaza Taskeen is the visionary Co-Founder of Taskeen Glass, which he co-founded in 2013 with a mission to deliver superior quality glass processing, supply, and installation services. As the lead executive, he oversees the company’s entire operations, from Marketing and Sales Management to Production Planning & Operation Management and final Site Execution.
Murtaza brings deep technical expertise from his background as a Production Supervisor and Engineer in the glass industry. His skills include implementing efficiency methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to reduce rejections and increase productivity, and he possesses proficiency in Quality Control, Cost Analysis, and Vendor Management. His strong foundation in Production Engineering ensures that all glass orders meet industrial standards and quality.
Sarrah Taskeen: Operations and Administration
Sarrah Murtaza Taskeen is an integral part of Taskeen Glass, where she currently handles Administration & Sales duties. Drawing on her diverse professional background, Sarrah is responsible for critical day-to-day operations, including making quotations, order follow-ups, and managing payment recovery.
Holding a Bachelor of Interior Designing (B.I.D) degree , she initially gained valuable experience as a Junior Level Interior Designer, focusing on detailing, drawing, and site management. Her professional journey also includes roles as an English Language teacher at both primary and secondary levels. Her strengths include fast grasping capacity and excellent interpersonal & communicational skills, which are vital in her current role ensuring smooth sales and administration for the company.
Sarrah Taskeen: Operations and Administration

Mohammed Taskeen: Software & Digital Support
Mohammed Taskeen is a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the software development life cycle, specializing in Java/J2EE development. His technical expertise includes Python, Software Product Management, Agile Methodologies , and high-scale database tuning. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
Leveraging his technical skills, Mohammed supports Taskeen Glass in non-executive functions, particularly in the areas of marketing and promotion. His proficiency in technologies like AWS EC2, Docker, Kubernetes, and utilizing digital media can be applied to enhance the company’s online presence and digital strategy.
